Is there a difference between these words, coven,circle,tradition.?
Coven we have discussed, Circle can be a coven but chose to use the word circle for varied reasons.
Others want circle to be distinguished from the term and old idea of coven, yet a circle often is and can be informal . A Tradition can be both or either or. The Tradition I was in although they did much of what a coven does, refused and taught us do not refer to s us as a coven, lol.
Much is the founders , leaders personal choice
Some say why get so technical?
I say because words have meanings and significance and itis important to be aware of the differences.
