The word Coven

has lost it's mystique, its mystery and is used to commonly or if I may flippantly.. Because of lack of understanding and teaching on truly what is a coven, many enter as if it is just another social club and hence there are many issues both ways. There are many who take to flippantly the sacred Oath, and make light of initiation and ordeals.

I also think so much has been  added on the web there is not that awe or respect or element of sunrise as once was

I think there needs to be balancing on yes we need to educate, information may be a better word  thoise seeking entrance into our circles as what we are about, what we expect, what you as a seeker can expect

I think it should be made clear without going into details of all the inner workings although   a seeker should be reassured secrecy is not  all a  bad thing.

.The word coven comes from covenant agreement based on an oath The word coven also implies  those who have gathered as one based on a common Oath, and goal.
