I can now discuss this as the live coven I spent much time in is now dissolved

Our HPS was trained in Gardnerian and spent time in the BlackForest Clan
I and another served as Mothers in the coven
We had three Mothers, one HPS and two of us as Priestesses
We were for most part simple blessed to have two places for ritual
Upstairs at a metaphysical store and out side at a sisters home out in the country.
We all had black robes, our colors were red silver and black as we also were dedicated to the Morrighan in Winter and Brigid during spring and summer.
As we were beginning all was explained to all 16 of us, which in time became about ten.
A sister began in dram she warned us someone warned her we would not succeed and something will occur because of someone basically vary bad. She did this in front of some who were new to the Path.

I and HPS had to deal with this and we did
Well time goes on it was lil dramas here and there began by one then three which did end up destroying the entire coven
. It was wonderful for most part during one year, then sisters began to show their true colors
Coven life can be sooo wonderful yet it can be so devastating to
Especially if the foot is not put down as an absoluter and things are allowed to foster.
Most covens that begin do not last more then a year maybe two for various reasons
It takes time, sacrifice, work , dedication in developing a real coven online as well as off..
Some say ok online it is not a true or real coven.,

What matters is intent and what works for you.
Make sure you research, ask questions, even of self before join a coven.
A Coven is not for everyone point blank
Nor should not everyone begin one unless it is just informal circle
One needs to know purpose goals what you are doing and how to answer questions and deal with varied personalities
A HPS can not always be everyone's best buddy
When it is coven She is HPS
Her word is law.
As a coven we had good times
We went to Fairs, parties, laughed and cried together
We knew each other well( or thought we did LOL)
We celebrated in rituals and then feasted and partied
We did experience magick
For a time we were our Magick
We also had classes and we each were also to teach a class.
We took turns and we all pitched in for ritual bringing food etc
We even participated in an open circle and a some of us got to represent our coven there
Before this I spent a few years with an online Wiccan Tradition
so being in a live coven what I learned I lived and experienced ina a different way
Now I am HPS of my own online coven
Having also birthed as well the Morrigus Daughters and now released to those now ready to fly with it
Now my focus is on one coven that I had originaly by the leading of the Goddess birthed
We will celebrate 2 full years end of the year right before Yule.
